Chicken rolls
Ingredients
- Boneless chicken - 1/2 kg
- Lemon - 1 no
- Tomato (chopped) - 1 no
- Tikka masala - 1 tablespoon
- Parathas - 1-2 nos
- Ginger and garlic paste - 2 teaspoon
- Onions (chopped) -3 nos
- Green chillies (chopped) - 2-3 nos
For green chutney
- Coriander leaves - few
- Mint leaves - few
- Green chillies - 2 nos
- Salt - to taste
- Grind coriander and mint leaves with green chillies and salt to make green chutney.
- Marinate chicken in ginger-garlic paste, lemon and tikka masala for 2 - 3 hours.
- Steam till it becomes tender.
- Add chopped onions, green chillies, tomato and green chutney for paratha filling.
- Half-cook the paratha and fill with the prepared mixture and roll.
- Bake till golden brown.
