Fish Cutlet
Ingredients
- Tuna pieces - 200 g
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Bread crumbs - 1-2 cups
- Egg white - 2 nos
- Garlic pods chopped - 6 nos
- Green chillies chopped - 5 nos
- Coriander leaves chopped - 1.5 tablespoons
- Curry leaves chopped - 1.5 tablespoons
- Oil to fry
- Onion chopped - 1 no
- Potato (boiled and mashed) - 2 nos
Preparation Method
- Cook tuna pieces with salt and pepper powder. Crush the cooked tuna pieces.
- Mix tuna, potatatoes, onion, green chillies, garlic, coriander leaves, curry leaves and salt together.
- Make small balls with the mixture.
- Take each ball and keep it in the palm. Squeeze to make a oval shape culet.
- Then dip each cultet in egg white and roll it on the bread crumbs.
- In a pan, heat the oil and deep fry all the cutlets till golden brown.
