Coconut fudge
Ingredients
- Grated coconut - 2 cups
- Condensed milk - 11/2 cup
- Red food color - little
Preparation Method
- In 1 cup of grated coconut, add half of the condensed milk to make a soft dough.
- Grease a tray and spread the dough on the tray.
- Then add a pinch of red color to the remaining 1 cup of grated coconut and add the remaining condensed milk and mix to make a soft dough.
- Now spread the mixure on the same tray on top of the white mixture.
- Cut into square pieces after cooling and serve.
