Tasty Palpayasam

Ingredients

  1. Broken raw-rice - ½ cup
  2. Condensed milk - ½ tin
  3. Milk - 3 cups
  4. Sugar - to taste
  5. Cashew nuts - 2 dessertspoon
  6. Cardamom powder - ½ teaspoon

Preparation Method

  1. Cook the rice well.
  2. Add milk, condensed milk, sugar and cashew nuts.
  3. Keep stirring while cooking.
  4. When it is almost done, add cardamom powder.
  5. Stir and remove from fire.

:-This payasam is better after cooling.
