Pazham pory

Pazham pory

Ingredients
  1. Riped banana - 2 nos
  2. Maida -1 cup
  3. Sugar - 2 tablespoons
  4. Turmeric powder -1/2 teaspoon
  5. Salt -a pinch
  6. Water -1 cup
  7. Oil - 4 tablespoons

Preparation Method

  1. Mix the maida with water. Form a fine paste.
  2. Add turmeric powder, sugar and salt. Mix it well and keep aside for 15 min.
  3. Heat oil in a pan.
  4. Slice banana into long thin pieces.
  5. Dip the pieces into the paste and put it into the boiled oil in the pan.
  6. Fry both sides. It can be served hot.

:- If u want, u can add some soda powder also.
