Pazham pory
Ingredients
- Riped banana - 2 nos
- Maida -1 cup
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Turmeric powder -1/2 teaspoon
- Salt -a pinch
- Water -1 cup
- Oil - 4 tablespoons
Preparation Method
- Mix the maida with water. Form a fine paste.
- Add turmeric powder, sugar and salt. Mix it well and keep aside for 15 min.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Slice banana into long thin pieces.
- Dip the pieces into the paste and put it into the boiled oil in the pan.
- Fry both sides. It can be served hot.
:- If u want, u can add some soda powder also.
