Banana Biscuits
Ingredients
- Wheat flour - 1 cup
- Sugar - ½ cup
- Ripe bananna - ½ no
- Water - 2-3 teaspoons
- Butter - 2 teaspoons
- Cardamom powder - 1 teaspoon
Preparation Method
- Mix all the ingredients except water.
- Knead the dough thoroughly.
- Add water little by little to make a smooth dough.
- Divide the dough into small balls.
- Take a plastic sheet greased it with oil or ghee.
- Place each ball on the sheet and roll it into a thin puri with fingers.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry 2-3 puirs at a time.
- Repeat this for all the balls made out of dough.
- Let them cool so that they become cripsy
