Ginger Fish
Ingredients
- Fish pieces- 1/2 kg
- Spring onion (chopped finely) - 1 sprig
- Oil - 2 tablespoon
For Sauce:
- Grated ginger - 3 teaspoon
- Garlic pods-2 nos
- Soy sauce - 2 teaspoon
- Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Water - 2 tablespoon
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 2 teaspoon
:-Make a thin paste of all the ingredients.
Preparation Method
- Clean the fish and make into serving pieces.
- Place it in a flat pan.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add the sauce paste into it.
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Pour over the fish pieces.
- Garnish with spring onion.
- Cook for 30 minutes on low flame.
