Chutney powder
Ingredients
- Dry coconut - 2 small size
- Dry chilli - 20 nos
- Asafoetida powder - a pinch
- Curry leaves - 2 sprigs
- Salt - to taste
Preparation Method
- Cut dry coconut into small pieces.
- Roast coconut with chilli in a pan.
- When it becomes crispy, add curry leaves and roast for 1-2 minutes. Let it cool.
- Add asafoetida powder, salt.
- In a mixer, grind and make a fine powder.
