Potato Curry
Ingredients
- Potato (boiled and mashed) - 4 nos
- Onion (finely chopped) - 2 nos
- Green chillies chopped - 2 nos
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Mustard - 1/2 teaspoon
- Urad dal - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - as required
- Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Preparation Method
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Roast mustard, urad dal, and curry leaves.
- Add onion and fry well.
- Add turmeric, & chilli powder and mix it well.
- Add salt.
- Add mashed potatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes over a low flame, covering with a lid.
- When done, keep it closed for five minutes.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves.
:-Serve with chappathi, puri, or dosa.
