Mango chutney
Ingredients
- Raw mango (big size) - 1 no
- Grated cococnut - 1 cup
- Curry leaves - 1 sprig
- Dry chilli (red chilli) - 4 nos
- Salt - To taste
Preparation Method
- Cut mango into small pieces.
- Grind coaresly coconut, curry leaves, chilli and salt.
- When done, add mango and grind. No need to put water.
