Mango chutney

Mango chutney

Ingredients
  1. Raw mango (big size) - 1 no
  2. Grated cococnut - 1 cup
  3. Curry leaves - 1 sprig
  4. Dry chilli (red chilli) - 4 nos
  5. Salt - To taste

Preparation Method

  1. Cut mango into small pieces.
  2. Grind coaresly coconut, curry leaves, chilli and salt.
  3. When done, add mango and grind. No need to put water.
