Ingredients
- Drumsticks - 225 g
- Potatoes - 115 g
- Brinjal -115 g
- Elephant yam - 115 g
- Plantain (green banana) - 115 g
- Beans - 115 g
- Coconut - 115 g (1/2 no)
- Coconut oil - 50 ml
- Green chillies - 5 g
- Turmeric powder - a pinch
- Cumin seeds - a pinch
- Curd or mangoes - 115 g
- Curry leaves - a spring
- Salt - To taste
Preparation Method
- Wash and peel vegetables and cut them into long pieces.
- Grind together coconut, green chillies and cumin seeds to a fine paste.
- Beat the curd well.
- Boil vegetables in sufficient water with turmeric powder and salt.
- Add ground mixture, beaten curd and curry leaves . Bring to boil .
- Pour fresh coconut oil and remove from fire . Serve hot
