Parippu Vada
Ingredients
- Tur dal ( thuvarapparipp) - 1 cup
- Onion (chopped) -1 big
- Curryleaves (chopped) - 2 sprigs
- Ginger (chopped) - 1 small piece
- Greenchillies (chopped) - 3 nos
- Red chilly - 1 no
- Salt -to taste
- Asafoetida powder- a pinch
- Coconut oil
Preparation Method
- Wash and soak dal for 1-2 hours.
- Grind dal coarsely, without water, along with red chilly and salt .
- Then add ginger, green chilly, onion , curry leaves , asafoetida and mix .
- Make vada shape and deep fry.
