Tomato Onion Dosa
Ingredients
- Rice - 200 gm
- Black gram(Uzhunnuparippu) – 50 gm
- Onion - 100 gm
- Tomato - 250 gm
- Oil - As reqd
- Pepper or Chilly Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Asafoetida(Kayam) - A pinch
- Curry Leaves - 1 sprig
- Coriander leaves - A few
- Salt - to taste
Preparation Method
- In a mixer, grind together rice and black gram into a fine paste and keep it aside.
- Heat a tbsp of oil in a pan .
- Fry onions and tomatoes .
- Add pepper powder or chilly powder, salt, asafoetida, curry leaves and coriander leaves.
- Add this mixture to the above paste and mix well.
- Using the dosa tava, make delicious dosas.
- Serve hot with Sambar or Chutney.
