Avocado Milk Shake


Servings - 4 adults
Ingredients
- Avocado - 1 (medium size)
- Milk - 4 cups
- Sugar -to taste
- Cardamom- 2 nos
Preparation method
- Cut avocado into small pieces.
- In a mixer, blend avocado, 1 cup of milk, sugar and cardamom.
- Add the remaining milk.
- Pour in glasses.
Delicious and healthy avocado milk shake is ready.
